ASIC fees increased from 1 July 2024
In line with an increase of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the March quarter, ASIC increase some of their fees each year from 1 July.
Below is a list of fees for some of the most frequent lodgements, including late payment increases.

Annual review fee for a proprietary company | $310 | $321 |
Annual review fee for a registered scheme or a public company | $1440 | $1492 |
Application for voluntary deregistration of a company | $47 | $49 |
Late payment fee up to one month late | $93 | $96 |
Late payment fee for more than one month late | $387 | $401 |
Business name renewal or registration for one year | $42 | $44 |
Business name or renewal for three years | $98 | $102 |
We increased our fees by the ASIC increase amount only, to accommodate this change. You can view our current price list here, which we updated to reflect the changes on the 1st July 2024.
