We will be offering new print presentation options for our Bound and Delivered service and there will be pricing increases effective on our portal from July 1, 2022. Whilst we have endeavoured to absorb costs for as long as possible to limit impacts to our clients, due to rising costs from our suppliers (paper, binders, printing etc) and delivery partners we have had to review and adjust our prices accordingly.

From 1 July when you opt for the Bound and Delivered service, you will notice that there are 2 options available for selection:

• Slimline or
• Premium Bound and Delivered

What do these mean?
Slimline is a compact version of our bound and delivered service. The pack will include the order documents (letters, resolutions, relevant forms etc) and 1 copy of the Constitution or Deed (as applicable) which will be presented in a clear gusset pocket.

Premium Bound and Delivered is a continuation of our current print delivery option where your documents will be provided in a black leather look binder along with your choice of how many copies to include of the Constitution or Deed (as applicable).
